The documentary project "Fuel Front Line” has been released on YouTube by Enkorr. The series are dedicated to events within the fuel industry starting with the invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. The project consists of four episodes that highlight fuel crisis and reflect on the overcoming from the point of view of the direct participants, the leaders of the largest fuel supply networks and state institutions of Ukraine.
As noted by the project author, the head of the "A-95" Consulting Group, Serhiy Kuyun, "Fuel Front Line” is a chronicle of events that took place within the first months of the war, when the government and participants of the oil product market were creating a new fuel supply system from Europe literally from the scratch.
"On February 24 last year, with the first Russian missile launch, we lost over 90% of diesel fuel supplies and 50% of gasoline. Ukraine faced the issue how to provide the army, economy and nation with fuel. At that time, no one in Europe believed it was possible. However, Ukrainians coped with the task. Moreover, they built a new, more flexible and independent market of oil products while being at war," he said.
