AMIC ENERGY shareholders: “We believe in Ukraine, invest in innovation, and develop next-generation mobility hubs”

2026-05-19

AMIC ENERGY shareholders have shared their strategic vision for development in Ukraine, emphasizing their long-term commitment to supporting the national economy.

Since entering the Ukrainian market, the company has invested approximately EUR 53 million, reinvesting all profits into network development without distributing dividends. 2025 became a record year in terms of capital investments, also targeting the post-war period.

The company focuses on large-scale modernization and the development of next-generation mobility hubs. A key example is the flagship station in Vorzel, rebuilt after destruction in 2022 and reopened in 2026.

The site combines modern design, workspaces, an expanded food offering, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

AMIC ENERGY remains one of the largest taxpayers in the sector: in 2025 alone, the company contributed over UAH 2.8 billion to the state budget. Charity is another important focus ー more than EUR 4 million has been allocated to support Ukraine, including through the “Unbreakable Coffee” initiative.

At the same time, investors continue to defend their rights in international institutions and expect the closure of unfounded investigations that persist despite successful audits.

“We are here because we believe in Ukraine. We invest, rebuild what has been destroyed, and continue to improve service and quality,” the shareholders emphasize.
