In 2014 an Austrian company Amic Energy took a strategically important decision to invest in Central and Eastern Europe. On May 26th, 2015 an Amic Energy officially presented its brand in Ukraine, and announced the launch of the first 48 fuel stations.Restructuring and optimization of the company was held in order to improve efficiency and provide Ukrainian consumers with high-quality services and competitive European fuel. Following the acquisition of assets in Ukraine in 2015, Amic Energy Management GmbH began rebranding its filling stations. The gas stations' logo and new branding were kept in the Austrian company's colors, taking into account all the peculiarities of Ukrainian filling stations.
Thus, the first AMIC ENERGY filling station in Ukraine opened its doors to customers on May 26, 2015, during which time the official presentation of the rebranding took place and the launch of the first 48 stations was announced.
